The partnership enables Thatch members to proactively manage cardiovascular health through personalized care, real-time data insights, and access to clinical expertise—all while maximizing the value of their flexible health benefits.
Through this collaboration, Thatch members can use their health benefit dollars to enroll in KardiaCare Plus, a comprehensive program that combines medical-grade devices, heart monitoring, and one-on-one coaching from heart health coaches. The offering aligns with both companies’ shared commitment to empowering individuals to take control of their health and helping employers deliver measurable improvements in well-being and cost savings.

Thatch’s ICHRA platform gives employers a modern, flexible way to offer benefits while giving people more choice over how they spend their health dollars.
